The Secret to Longevity is to Get Up and Move!

Foremost Senior Campus resident, Maxine is 94 years young, and still tap dances! Senior News sales rep Carole Reece spent some time with her at a recent social mixer and dance held at the assisted living residence. Dance lessons by request were given from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m., comprised of mostly Tango and Salsa tempo. Refreshments were also provided. Everyone in attendance seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves. The evening was sponsored by the Foremost Organization, a non-profit community benefit.
Two more events are coming up at Foremost Senior Campus. On February 26, Gentiva Hospice is sponsoring a health fair to the information out to the public on Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and other illnesses that affect cognitive thinking! It will be a festive atmosphere with information booths and some refreshments. It starts at 2:30 p.m.
On February 27, the Hesperia Chamber of Commerce is holding a business mixer in the Terrace Room at Foremost. People can come out to see the newly remodeled ballroom. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., it will be an evening of entertainment and excitement, while giving business people a chance to mingle.
