Non-Profits Raise $548,214 During Give Big San Bernardino County 24-Hour Event

Give BIG San Bernardino County raised $548,214 during it’s 24-hour online giving campaign which allowed people to give to their favorite causes in our community. People who care about the residents of San Bernardino County participated in the 24 hour marathon, with money raised benefiting nonprofit organizations and the people they serve.

We encourage you to consider donating to something that you feel strongly about supporting. Our community has many good causes that are worthy of donations from local individuals.

Type in “hdcf” and you’ll find the High Desert Community Foundation funds that are participating in this event, including the Siverts Publishing scholarship fund, Apple Valley Legacy Trail, plus other scholarships, music, food pantry, equine therapy, and more!

The High Desert Community Founcation participate in Give Big San Benardino County along with many other non-profits such as the Academy for Grass Roots Organizations, Moses House Ministries, and more.

As Part of the Senior News Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration we are giving out Scholarships through the High Desert Community Foundation. Money donated goes to help students attending college to study comunications (graphic design, broadcasting, video, photography, journalism and more).
