Basen worked alongside Hans Kim from Top Properties and Investments to sell the large format building that yields high traffic counts, ample parking and easy access to I-15.
Basen has been specializing in Land and Multifamily sales for 40 years and decided to join forces with Kim for this excellent retail opportunity.
